1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chronify.Support (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Chronify.Support is a product of ChronifyAI, LLC ("ChronifyAI", "we", "us").

2. Description of the Service

Chronify.Support is a hosted customer support platform designed for Moodle environments. It connects support conversations with contextual information from connected Moodle sites. The Service is delivered as hosted software-as-a-service; no local installation is required.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may use the Service only on behalf of an organization that has an active subscription, or as an authorized user of such an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Plan features and pricing are described on our website and may change with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; interfere with the operation of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; or resell or redistribute the Service without a written agreement with ChronifyAI.

6. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you and your users submit through the Service. You grant ChronifyAI a limited license to process that data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws regarding your users' data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by ChronifyAI, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Moodle is a registered trademark of Moodle Pty Ltd; ChronifyAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Moodle Pty Ltd.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available and operational. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronifyAI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
